Is DEEVE jewelry real gold?
Yes, all DEEVE jewelry is crafted from solid 14K or 18K gold — never plated, filled, or vermeil. Each piece is hallmarked and comes with a certificate of authenticity guaranteeing the gold purity.
Are DEEVE's diamonds real?
Yes. DEEVE uses both lab-grown and natural diamonds, and all of them are real diamonds. Every DEEVE diamond is IGI graded, and the lab-grown stones are cut to Excellent. Whether a piece includes an individual IGI certificate is recorded per piece, never by carat weight or category. Our natural diamonds are conflict-free and responsibly sourced.
What does DEEVE's lifetime warranty cover?
Our lifetime warranty covers professional cleaning, polishing, rhodium plating (for white gold), stone resetting, and resizing for the life of your jewelry.
Does DEEVE offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping worldwide via UPS Worldwide Saver. Canada and US orders arrive in 3–5 business days. International orders arrive in 3–5 business days. All orders are fully insured.
Can I return my DEEVE jewelry?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy with free return shipping for Canada and US orders. Jewelry must be unworn and in original condition. Custom or engraved pieces are final sale.
